I hope this information gives you a little history as to who I am and why I believe in what I do:

I grew up in a family of healthcare practitioners and have been surrounded by medicine most of my life. I chose the field of Dental Hygiene and graduated with my Bachelors degree in 1990. I love the one on one interaction I have with patients and quickly discovered that it was my mission in life to promote and provide good health to others.

Several years later I developed some health challenges which required me to seek out massage therapy. I was inspired by its amazing power to heal and nurture, it was because of my own positive experience that I knew I wanted to pursue this as a 2nd career.

I graduated from Brenneke School of Massage in 2000 and a few years later it came to me how I could tie these two professions together. More and more patients were coming in struggling with TMJ issues. Night guards and prescriptions tend to be the primary methods of treatment but many patients don’t want to take, or become dependent on medications. I knew that intra-oral massage would be a great alternative method to providing relief for these individuals. At that time Washington state did not allow massage therapists to perform intra-oral massage, but given my dual licenses I was an exception to the rule.

In 2007 I received my certification in Neuromuscular Therapy specializing in TMJD and I am proud to say that I was one of the first healthcare providers in Washington to offer this type of treatment.

Having worked in patient's mouths for the past 30+ years I can say I'm fully confident in my knowledge and skill set. I am very happy to report that I have successfully treated many patients over the years and knowing that I can provide relief from their pain and discomfort helps to fulfill my mission in life.

To your health,

Caroline Brady LMT,RDH
